    To confirm your reservation at Villa Bellevue, the following terms apply:

    More than 30 days before arrival

    • Full refund of any amount paid.

    Between 30 days and 7 days before arrival

    • 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

    Less than 7 days before arrival

    • The full booking amount will be charged.

    The rental balance is payable in cash upon arrival.

    A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required 30 days before arrival via bank transfer. The deposit will be returned at departure, provided no damage has occurred and the property has been left in good condition.

With its breathtaking views over the sea and the surrounding landscape, Villa Bellevue offers everything you need for a truly relaxing summer escape.

The large infinity pool (12 × 6 metres, 1 - 2 metres deep) invites you to swim straight into the horizon, while the private pétanque court, summer kitchen and terrace create the perfect setting for long, unhurried days outdoors.

On the ground floor, the villa opens into a spacious, light-filled living area with a beautiful fireplace, a generous dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate guest toilet.

The master bedroom is a private retreat of its own, featuring air conditioning, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and direct access to a secluded terrace.

Upstairs, you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms - two with queen-size beds and one with twin beds - a shared bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace with panoramic views.

The separate studio, located in the lower level of the property, has its own private entrance and terrace. It includes a bathroom, a separate toilet, a cosy TV lounge, a dressing area and a bedroom with a queen-size bed.

All bedrooms are equipped with both ceiling fans and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the summer months.

Just a five-minute drive away lies the charming village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, where you will find a bakery, delicatessen, grocery store, pharmacy, and a selection of some of the finest local restaurants.
